DEPOSITS In order to book your appointment at LES AMIS Salon & Barbershop is required a deposit of a NON-REFUNDABLE -a portion of the service amount which is charged through the Gloss Genius booking system on your credit card on file, upon booking of your services . Appointments will not be approved until a deposit is processed through card on file. Online booking will show as a pending appointment until approved. Deposits are credited toward the total cost of your service in the salon at the end of your appointment. NO SHOW - NO CALL FEE POLICY In case on no show or call before the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment , in addition of the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, & Prior to the new booking schedule I charge only 20% cancellation fee on the missed appointment , then proceed to the new booking appointment. If you provide enough notice time to cancel or reschedule, the deposit being charged while booking, can be transferred to a new appointment instead of being forfeited. LATE FEE POLICY: You have up to 15 minute of time window in case of being late .In case arrival after 15 minutes will result in additional charge of 20% of the service booked with no exception! This policy stands so that we can ensure quality service for you as well as my other clients time to be taken in consideration which are being booked for that day.
